Returns & Refunds policy

Studio Clinq does not offer refund or return for change of mind.

Cancellation of a custom order will be at the discretion of Studio Clinq. Consideration will be given to manual hours and materials used at the time of cancellation resulting in part, full or no refund.

Whilst every endeavour is taken to protect merchandise, goods occasionally get damaged during transit. In this instance, please reach out to Studio Clinq with a photo of the damaged goods and a replacement will be arranged.
